One of our wonderful members at the gym (who is a personal trainer, might I add) brings us in goodies at least once a month. YUM!

My favorite part is that it is somewhat healthy! Woohoo!
Here is the nutritional facts too:
Recipe:
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3/4 cup applesauce 1/4 cup margarine (softened) 1 cup splenda 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 eggwhites 1/2 cup skim milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place cupcake cases in pans
2. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
3. Melt semisweet chocolate chips double boiler. Let cool slightly.
4. Cream butter, applesauce, splenda, sugar, brown sugar, and egg whites. Add melted chocolate chips. Mix well.
5. Add flour mixuture. Mix well. Add vanilla extract. Add milk slowly until well blended
6. Pour in cupcake cases and bake for 25-35 minutes or do toothpick test to see if done.
7. Serves 24. You can frost these cupcakes with whatever frosting you prefer. (Chocolate is the way to go!)
