Spinach Dip
(Can you see the trend in these spinach recipes?;)
Ingredients:
- 1 envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix
- 8 ounces of sour cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise (or if you want it to be healthy - use plain greek yogurt and just a little bit of mayo for flavor)
- 10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- Combine all ingredients together. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with vegetable, chips, or bread.
Enjoy! Let me know if you try this + how you like it. :)
