Tasty Tuesday - Taco Dip!

Taco Dip...
Ingredients:
-Sour Cream
-Cream Cheese
-Taco Seasoning
-Re-fried beans
-Guacamole (or avocado to make your own!)
-Salsa
-Iceberg lettuce
-Shredded cheese

Directions:

1) Mix some taco seasoning in the sour cream (to your taste.) Put some on the bottom of the plate/bowl you're using.

2) If not using a flavored cream cheese (I went with onion & chives) mix taco seasoning into the plain cream cheese. Put on top of the sour cream mixture.

3) Mix a bit of taco seasoning in with your guacamole. (I just bought some avocados - mashed them up...nice and simple!)

4) Open the can of re-fried beans and spread on top of the guacamole.

5) Pour some salsa on top of the re-fried beans

6) Shred some lettuce and put on top of the salsa.
7) Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the lettuce.
8) ENJOY! (It was a huge hit on Sunday's get together!)

  2. This does look good. I have never had guacamole...I'm always hesitant about trying it...lol.

This week is a crazy one, so I won't be linking up. I do have an unspoken prayer request. (My family and I are fine) but I would love another friend praying for me. Thanks!

  3. This is very similar to a 7- layer bean dip that I make. It looks so yummy. I love Mexican food.
