I have used coconut oil before and loved it. I just had no idea it had so many wonderful benefits. Sounds like I need to start using it again. Maybe use it aall the time. Is there a drink or anything you can use this cocnut oil with. I like making healthy drinks. Thanks Cami! Wish you lived here in Portland so you could help me with those scary machines at the gym!
